Monthly Exterior Pest Control
Typically from April through Oct, this plan will keep pests on the outside so you can enjoy the inside. Exterior treatment for crawling insects includes ants, spiders, millipedes, centipedes & sow bugs. Exclusions – carpenter Ants, termites, powder post beetles, in-ground bees nests and rodents, etc. Service is available upon request. Exterior perimeter treatment inc. mulch beds, shrubs, foundation & 3 ft high to the exterior of the house, and 4 ft wide treatment out from the foundation. Defense Pest Control will manage the occasional pest invader with a monthly perimeter treatment using EPA approved products. Green option available upon request. All homes up to 3000 Sq Ft. Additional fee applies over allotted Sq ft. No guarantees for in-wall nests and inaccessible areas.
Exterior Power Spray for Stinging Insects
Typically from April through Dec, Defense Pest Control will treat around windows, doors, soffits, peaks, and eves to prevent harboring of stinging insects. This is a one-time exterior power spray and guaranteed for the calendar year. If a nest appears, Defense Pest Control will remove the nest and retreat the area at no extra cost. Exceptions – Carpenter bees, in-wall nest. These services are available upon request. All homes up to 3000 Sq ft. An additional fee applies over allotted Sq ft. No guarantees for in-wall nests and inaccessible areas.
Interior/Exterior Treatment for Crawling & Stinging Insects
Includes exterior fall spray for stink bugs. Defense Pest Control will power spray the exterior of your home for the treatment of crawling insects and stinging insects. Treatment for the exterior includes mulch beds, around doors, windows, soffits, peaks, and eaves. Interior is for the treatment of crawling insects which includes spiders, ants, millipedes, centipedes & sow bugs. Defense Pest will provide quarterly service (4) treatments. The Interior will consist of 4 treatments for crawling insects on a quarterly basis. The exterior will be sprayed in the spring for stinging and crawling insects and in the fall for stink bugs. Exclusions – fleas, bed bugs, carpenter bees/ants, and rodents. Service available upon request. All homes up to 3000 Sq ft. An additional fee applies over allotted Sq ft. No guarantees for in-wall nests and inaccessible areas.
Interior Treatment for Control of Ants
This is a one-time treatment with a 90-day guarantee. Defense Pest Control will treat all accessible baseboards, under accessible sink storage areas and trash areas & (attached) garage for ants only. Defense Pest Control will guarantee from the date of original service for 90 days the treatment for ants only. Exclusions – carpenter ants. All homes up to 3000 Sq ft. An additional fee applies over allotted Sq ft. No guarantees for in-wall nests and inaccessible areas.
Mosquito Treatment
Let Defense Pest Control take the mosquito out of your back yard and put you back in it. Exterior treatment for the control of mosquitoes in your backyard. Defense Pest will treat shrubbery, trees, and foliage, identify standing water areas, birdbaths, flowerpots, ornamental fountains, rain barrels, and yes-pools and treat accordingly. The homeowner is responsible for removing leaves from clogged gutters & standing water, in the case this cannot be done Defense can add a larvicide to certain areas to help control mosquitoes. Larvicide dunks are an additional fee. All homes up to 3000 Sq ft. An additional fee applies over allotted Sq ft. No guarantees for inaccessible areas.
